01Who this covers

This policy applies to Infinite Media ("we", "us") and to this website, along with any enquiry you send us by email, form or phone. It does not cover the websites, campaigns or platforms we build and run on behalf of our clients — those are governed by the privacy policy of the client concerned.

02What we collect

Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, company and whatever you choose to write in an enquiry or a brief. We only ever ask for what we need to reply to you or to do the work.

Information collected automatically — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the site or search that sent you here. This is ordinary web server and analytics data and is not used to identify you personally.

03Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to send proposals or quotes you have asked for; to carry out work you have engaged us for, and to raise and settle invoices for it; to understand how the site is used so it can be improved; and to meet obligations we are under by law, such as keeping accounting records.

We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry.

04Analytics and advertising

This site may use analytics and advertising measurement tools provided by third parties, including cookies or similar identifiers set by those tools. They tell us how many people visited a page and where they arrived from; they are not used to build a profile of you by name.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop you using this site.

05Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to operate — for example our email, hosting and analytics providers — and only to the extent required to provide that service. Where we are legally obliged to disclose information to a regulator, court or law enforcement agency, we will.

06How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is a live conversation and a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to work we have invoiced are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Anything else is deleted once it no longer serves the purpose it was collected for.

07Your choices

Write to digital@infinitemedia.in and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will act on the request unless we are required by law to retain something, and we will tell you if that is the case.

08Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

09Children

This site and our services are aimed at businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revision.
