Terms & Conditions
The terms on which this website is offered, and how they sit alongside a signed proposal for work.
01Acceptance
This website is operated by Infinite Media. Browsing or using it means you're agreeing to the terms set out below. If anything here doesn't sit right with you, we'd genuinely rather you write to us at digital@infinitemedia.in and talk it through than just leave.
02The site itself
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own reference. You may not copy it for republication, scrape it, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
03Intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, layout, code, photography and design — belongs to us or to the party that licensed it to us. Client work is shown as a record of what was produced; the brands, logos and trademarks in it remain the property of those clients.
Ownership of work we produce for a client transfers as set out in the proposal or agreement for that work, and normally on settlement of the final invoice.
04Proposals and scope
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Work is carried out under a separate written proposal, quotation or statement of work, which sets out the scope, the timeline and the fee. Where that document and these terms disagree, that document prevails.
05What we need from you
Timely approvals, access to the accounts and platforms the work requires, and any brand assets, copy or product information the work depends on. You confirm that anything you supply to us is yours to supply, and that we may use it for the purpose of the engagement.
Where a delay in approval or in supply of material moves a timeline, the timeline moves with it.
06Third-party platforms and results
Media, advertising and distribution run on platforms we do not control — search engines, social networks, cable networks, ad exchanges and their auctions and policies. We plan, buy and optimise against the objective agreed with you, and we report honestly against it.
We do not guarantee a specific ranking, reach, cost per result or return. Any figure discussed before an engagement is a forecast based on comparable work, not a commitment.
07Fees, taxes and payment
Fees, payment schedule and any media budget are as set out in the proposal. Applicable taxes are additional. Media spend is billed as agreed and passed to the platform. Invoices are payable by the date shown on them, and work may be paused on overdue accounts.
08Service-specific terms
Each service family is sold and delivered differently, and the clauses below say how. They sit on top of everything above: where a signed proposal sets out something different for your engagement, the proposal prevails.
Website Development & Tech
GST is applicable above the quoted rate for this service.
Website and development projects are billed 50% in advance and 50% on delivery. The advance confirms the booking and starts the work; the balance falls due once the build is complete and demonstrated to you, and before final handover — source files, repository access and production deployment are released on receipt of the closing payment.
Scope is what the proposal lists. Pages, templates, integrations and rounds of revision are counted there, and anything asked for beyond it is quoted separately before it is built.
Third-party costs the build depends on — domains, hosting, SSL, licences, plugins, stock and paid APIs — are billed at actual and are yours to renew. Ownership of the work transfers to you on settlement of the final invoice.
Search Engine Optimisation
GST is applicable above the quoted rate for this service.
SEO is delivered against the package you have purchased. The number of keywords tracked, pages optimised, content pieces, technical fixes and links in a month are exactly what that package lists — work is carried out to that sheet and reported against it.
Moving to a larger or smaller package takes effect from the next billing cycle, not part-way through one.
SEO compounds over months and depends on search engines we do not control. We do not guarantee a position, a keyword ranking, traffic volume or a date by which any of those will be reached.
Digital Marketing & PPC
GST is applicable above the quoted rate for this service.
Our management fee is separate from your advertising budget. The fee is what you pay us to plan, run and optimise the campaigns; the budget is passed to the platform and is spent on media.
The management fee is billed monthly. Where a campaign runs for part of a month, a period of 15 days or more is counted and billed as a full month, and a shorter period is billed pro rata.
Invoices for the management fee are payable within 10 days of the invoice date. Campaigns may be paused where a fee or a budget top-up is overdue, and we are not responsible for performance lost while a campaign is paused for non-payment.
Auction platforms set their own costs and policies. We do not guarantee a cost per click, a cost per lead, a return on ad spend or any specific result.
Cable TV Advertising
GST is applicable above the quoted rates.
Slots are booked with cable networks and are subject to their availability, rate cards and telecast policies. A booking is confirmed only once the network has accepted it and the spend for it has been received.
Once a slot is booked and the network's cancellation window has passed, it is not cancellable or refundable, because the inventory has been paid for on your behalf.
Telecast is evidenced by the certificate or monitoring report the network issues. Where a network fails to telecast a booked spot, we pursue a make-good or a credit with that network and pass on whatever is recovered.
Detailed network and channel connectivity for a booking is set out in the connectivity sheet shared alongside the proposal, and that sheet is authoritative on which networks and channels are included.
Spot scheduling within a booking can be customised to your preference, subject to the network's availability.
Ad materials may be shared with us via WeTransfer or any other file-sharing platform you prefer.
Materials must be supplied in .mp4, .mov or .avi format.
The campaign commences within 4 hours of us receiving the final, approved materials.
AI Video Creation
GST is applicable above the quoted rate for this service.
Video is delivered to the package purchased — the number of videos, the cuts, aspect ratios, languages and revision rounds are what that package lists.
Output is produced with generative and AI-assisted tools. Final approval of every asset before it is published is yours, including the checks that matter for your category — claims, likeness, disclosure and any regulatory approval your industry requires.
Licensing costs for stock, music, voice or fonts used in a video are billed at actual where they fall outside the package.
09Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This does not apply to anything already public, or to a disclosure we are required by law to make.
10Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue or lost data, and our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for it.
11Links out
This site links to sites we do not run — press coverage, social platforms and client sites among them. Those links are provided for reference. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13Changes
We may revise these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
